Local artists launch sticker campaign against Mayor Eddie Francis

A group of artists have launched a campaign against Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis.

The group, which apparently doesn’t want to be identified and seems to be working “underground” has been placing stickers around the city criticizing the mayor.

The stickers are takeoffs of the famous Barack Obama “Hope” poster from last year, a red white and blue painting with a drawing of Obama designed by U. S. artist Shepard Fairey and which became a symbol of the the president’s 2008 campaign.
